What information speeds up a quotation?
Capacity (kVA or kWh), voltage ratio, frequency, applicable standard, vector group or impedance if specified, cooling and enclosure, quantity, destination port and required tests. A single-line diagram or datasheet is ideal.
How quickly will I hear back?
Within one working day, usually the same day between 9:00 and 18:00 Shanghai time (UTC+8). WhatsApp is the fastest channel for urgent questions.
Can I send drawings or a tender specification?
Yes — email them to [email protected] quoting your name after sending the form. PDF, DWG and Excel files are all fine.
